In collaboration with the management team, we interviewed Jim Wade, crafted the press release, and secured earned media coverage celebrating his decades long Christmas tree tradition hosted at the property. Oak Court Mall’s ability to provide space for this seasonal tradition reinforces its role as a community gathering place, extending well beyond retail. Meeting Jim and learning what motivates his annual passion project underscored the value of creating space for family centered traditions. For Jim, it has always been about families and the role he plays in their holiday memories.
